hey guys i need some help , i got those halogen projectors theve been selling for the 00-03 maxima put them in and everyhting even played around with it and got my factory hid system in em ALOT of playign around but i see there not as bright im guessing mainly becasue there not HID projectors , where can i buy the hid projectors and put them in ... plus what diffrence would i notice between the two of them ? any links ?

 

Find the huge thread about the projectors. PhxBlue did a retrofit; he installed Valeos into the units and the result was niiiice!

 

Everyone is tired of the projector thread I guess. I had one a few weeks ago and after a week no one answered my questions. So ill help you out. The reason its not as bright is because they are not HID projectors. After your replace them with HID projectors, the beam patter will be much improved and You will see the road much much better. Dont know if that helped.. But try to find that thread Arnold was talking about.

 

yeah, this topic was talked about to the ground and just a sudden stop occured, kinda before max.org went down....but oxidizer is right wrong projector, when you put HIDs in halogen projectors you cause a **** load of glare for other drivers, while not improving your viewing at all.

 

Checkout custommaxima.com. They just redesigned their website and they have HID kits for the H3 projectors. I didn't have time to read the entire documentation so do your homework if you decide to get them.
