Is it my imagination, or does it look like one of the bolts that holds the caliper to the bracket is just a shade too long and is contacting the rotor. Kind of hard to tell from the picture, its not too clear for making out detail. If this is the case, might want to add one more washer to each of the caliper mounting bolts. The kit with the stock calipers has very tight clearances, and just different thickness washers, rotors with more material at the hub, etc. could cause this sort of issue. Let me know if this is the problem and it fixes it. FYI, my car was the test mule for both front brake kits-the rear also.

We need more pic's. I want to see both sides, as kwd2kse indicates showing the washer placement. If you dont do it right...youll get all kinds of racket.

Almost definitely the dust shield (the metal thing that's behind the rotors) rubbing. I installed my and a buddy's BlehmCo sets and the heat shield rubbed on both of them....you just need to bend it back away from the rotor and the noise will be gone.
and you need some better pics...the one you posted doesn't really show much....
