01 vs. 02

Right now I have a 01 Max SE that's uncertified. Long story behind that...anyway, I was looking into getting the Anniversary Edition(AE) for that body kit that it already has on it. Then what I originally wanted was the 02 because of the lights and extra horse power.

I want to trade the 01 (47K) in for a 01AE or 02 Max. I still owe 15K on it, but it's probably only worth 11-12K. Is there anyway I could get a new loan and still have some extra money left over to modify the newer car that I get? Thanks in advance...

You are what they call "upside down" on your vehicle...It will be damn near impossible to get anything extra out of a deal like that.

Good luck finding a dealer that's going to give you 11-12k for a 01...

why sell a 01 to get an 01, AE is nice but makes no sense to buy a new car when u can just get some addons.

You can find dealers who will give you that, 11k for a 01 is about right maybe a little more
