new ingnition coils and plugs. some problems still remain

Well, I just got a new set of coils from twillin today. Had my NGK plugs ready and proceeded to install all of that. My car was throwing 1320 code (misfire) so after the installation that code was cleared. No SES light at all (I also had 0420). I took it for a test drive but discovered that same problem that has been bothering me for quite a while is still there: Almost everytime I'm at 2.5-3k rpm and above and press my clutch all the way down and start breaking, RPM drop below 500 and then recover. Once it actually stalled. And it stalled again today. I made a video clip so you would get an idea of what it is. There's also this thing: if the car is idling, and I, for example, start closing my windows, I could feel the idle becomes rough and car seems to be struggling with it.

Now if you have any idea what it could be, I'd ask to share Next step - is the stealership.

Try cleaning your throttle body. A lot of people had the same problem before cleaning the throttle body and cleaning cured the problem.

Yes I did try. What happens is the problem goes away for 2-3 days and then comes back again.

From what I read I understand if the MAF goes bad you can't rev it over 3k, mine goes well to the red line. At this moments I'm thinking it could be my dirty throttle body AND IM. So I'm probably gonna have the dealer or some shop clean it good.
