Hey guys.
Im new to the 5th gen forum, i used to have a 4th gen, but it got totaled by some girl running a red light.
Anyway, i want to buy another maxima and Im currently looking at a 5th gen. Its a 2000 SE 5 speed with leather, sunroof & the works. The only thing that it has 98,000 miles. I know that maximas last forever, but my old maxima only had 91,000 on it. The guy is asking $9900 for it, and im really considering buying it. My question is, what kind of maintenance is supposed to be done @ 100k, and what should i look for when I go see and test drive it. Does this sound like a good deal? I havent acutally seen the car yet, but the guy says it is in near perfect shape. What do you guys think. Let me know!
Thanks

A bit high price wise, but maintenance should be such:
Oil/filter
Coolant flush
A/T or M/T oil replacement
Air filter
New plugs
New Fuel Filter
Rotate tires
Fuel Injector cleanining
New belts if never changed
Test battery
Replace radiator cap if does not look good.
Flush break fluid (optional)
Check all kinds of crap. Lube door hinges and sunroof (use petrolium jelley for sunroof rails).
Check CV boots, brake lines, exhaust...
