Headers...

Anyone with headers out there...What type you got, what issues have you had with them, and what do you think of them so far? I am looking at the OBX and Cattman (liking the price on the OBX). I have heard there are fitment problems on the hotshots. Thanks!

How its compare with y-pipe and header?

I got a cattman y-pipe, it was really great, then I thought I can add the Cattman header on. Unfortunately, I have to taking out the Y-pipe.

So, is it worth to put out the y-pipe and then put the header on?

I was going to go with just the Catback, then toyed with the idea of doing y pipe with catback, but then i figured, what the heck, why put all that effort in if I'm not getting the benefit right out of the engine, so I went with the end to end system. the only thing I havn't done is the high flow cat which from what hear makes the car even louder.

I think the whole set up is sweet.

i just installed hotshot headers y pipe combo. i liked the price better then cattman they both produce the same gain, but i had some huge fitment problems but i called hotshot there replacing the y pipe and back header i evan made modifications to the y pipe, the guy on the phone said thats fine cause i needed to get to work. so hes still replacing everything ill let all u guys know what happeneds if all turns out well and i just got a bad set then iam all for hotshot. sounds great and being they dont come with o2 sensor holes i can just add a simulator and have a nice looking piece. well hope this helps good luck removing the back header my cats were rusted bad and had to go from the top of the engine just to remove the back header and cat at one time but good luck.
