HAS ANY ONE REPLACED THE DOOR AND SHIFTER TRIM ON THE SE WITH THE STOCK GLE WOOD TRIM, IF SO HOW IS IS IT DONE. NOT SURE ON HOW TO DO IT. IF YOU HAD THE DEALER DO IT , WHAT WAS THE COST.
There's a wood dash kit that goes over those pieces... check out the parts list thread at the top.
BTW, use lower case when typing because it looks like you're screaming at us.

I can say the shifter surround part is removed by gently prying up along the corners furthest from the radio, then you work your way up until you can get yours hands on it and remove it.

CAREFUL-CAREFUL:
Go easy, I have a GLE & wanted the lighter kit installed, have two left hands, didn't want to bugger anything up, so had the dealer do it...thank goodness they quoted a firm price for installation-half hour, cause it took one and a half hours, gently prying the wood trim off to install the components...go very easy with this...otherwise you'll be sorry....
