Best way to fasten an upper grill

I just bought a stainless steel upper grill for my 2000 max and wanted to know the cleanest way to fasten it. The stock grill is fixed to the bumper so I'm thinking to just mount the the stainless right over it. Do zip ties make the install look bad?

Hey, on my 2001 I cut the oem grill and fix the Aluminum grill with Zip tie and there is no way you can tell unless you look at the grill from 2 inches.

Cheers

I took the screws out from the back, without removing the entire bumper. I removed the chrome surround piece then cut the grill out and mounted it with the clips supplied. I did however make sure not to cut the pieces where the screws mounted to. I hope to have pics of it soon.

Mounted the grill

I took off the plastic peice that frames the grill and zip tied the grill to that. The piece fit back perfectly. Then I took off the Nissan emblem and putty welded it to the grill . The install looks nice and clean. Thanks for all who replied.
