they had police scanners and as soon as they heard the call go in they all took off..you can see this all on the video and they took off at the same time that the first call went in. so we have 10 $50,000+ audi s4's with no headlights smashed driverside windows and broken locks.. some have no damage to the hoods but others had the corner panels peeled back

Do you have to tell potential buyers that the car had its lights stolen?

OK, another newbie, asked ten thousand times before question (my search feature is DOA), what is a datadots/bracket? Is there a link that someone can post? As I'm about to put HID's on my Max, I'd like to know what these are and if I should consider them. Sorry for the thread jacking, we now return to your normally scheduled thread..................................

If your car is not 02-03 you wouldn't qualify for the Data Dots anyway. It was a recall done my Nissan to address the HID theft of 02-03 lights in which they anchored the lights down with metal brackets, relocated the ballasts and serialized the lights.

seems like the only way HID theft will stop is if HID's weren't worth so much to begin with...after months of seeing this sh*t happen to 5.5 maximas, there is no solution to fixing the problem but that.
