I emailed Jose today and he replied to me

Hi! Good news!!! The mold has been finished for
about three weeks now. I am making one trunk lid every
two weeks (I am going to ship all of them at the same
time) I am waiting on a new batch of CF to finish them
off, I have one in the mold right now, we should be
demolding it later this week. I am going to mail all of
them out before Xmas.

it's about time.....since march....we gonna finally have our trunks....yay!

 

So that means he has at least one finished now right? I demand pics!

 

I also left him a PM about a week or so ago because his e-mail was down. I asked him how much the balance would be that we owed after the $200 deposit some of us put down. I didnt get a response yet but I'll update as soon as I do of course. It'll be interesting to see how much he actually wants for them after all the work hes done. I also asked him about the OEM CF wing project. Hopefully that will be done soon too.
