If you want the pod for guages like Tranny temp, oil pressure, A/F, or any other basic monitoring, then I would just put the guages somewhere else. Those pillar guage pods will attract too much attention.

i think they look cool on the pillar even though he might not be "charged". I was looking into them but my clutch decided to go 
I like the guages in the flip down compartment in the dash on 4th gens.
