bose radio work with non bose

Curious if a bose stereo will work if i had a non bose stereo. I don't know if there are no factory amps inside the bose or if it is just a signal. This is specifically for 2k or 2k1. (i think)

Yes it will work but you'll have to have separate amps to drive everything (you already knew that though).

Use the Bose stereo and use a AOEM-NIS2 which will give you RCA's out of the Bose deck. I have the AOEM's in stock. $39 shipped.

Just so I get this right... need Bose, AOEM-NIS2, amp for front speakers and an amp for rear speakers?

Is the harness plug and play?

im pretty sure it would because you are using aftermarket amps to power the speakers but i don't think the stock speakers could handle much.

Harness is plug and play minus the speaker wires though, since they need to be routed through the amps.
