Need How-To from STUDMAN for the Viper 791

I can't access his site for some reason. Can anyone send me the how-to that he made?

maxima.theowensfamily.com

I also need to know where I can get a module for the key (chip) for the starter.

So what's up with his server?

I'm planning to do this alone with the help of Cubanato.

Sorry about the long delay with the server, but it has crashed 3 times in 3 weeks. So it's now upgraded to a new box, with a new hard drive, upgraded OS, upgraded web-server software, and all other updates, etc.

If there is a problem with the site now, let me know. I updated the DNS entries tonight with the new information, so it should be functional now.

The donor car for the pictures was a 2001, but I have made notes (in the text) for the 2002-2003 vehicles as well.

I believe that there are also some remote start/ignition connection changes between the 2000 and 2001. The starter and ignition wires seem to be slightly different. Can anyone confirm? Specifically, it seemed that the Ignition and Starter wires were a bit different.

What I have is as follows:
Starter = Black/Red
2nd Starter = Black/Blue
Ignition = Black/Red (smaller gauge wire)
2nd Accessory- White/Blue

What the How to listed in steps # 16 - 17:

Black/Blue 12v Ignition #1
Red wire 12v Ignition #2
Black/Red 12v Starter #1
Black/White 12v Starter #2

Should I connect according to the DEI wiring chart for the 2000?

Also, in step # 19, for my SECU on the 2000, I only have 2 connectors going into the unit. One white; One Brown. Not the 3 that are shown in the pic. The only wire I don't have in my brown harness is the "blue - Pin 16 - Trunk Release".
