Per the FSM....

Possible Causes:
Intake air leaks
Heated oxygen sensor 1 (front)
Injectors
Exhaust gas leaks
Incorrect fuel pressure
Lack of fuel
Mass air flow sensor

I'd check your fuel pressure and then replace your MAF.

You have any other mods besides your eCutout?

Have you messed with the intake?

ehh i have a K&N filter and holes drilled in the Air box.. but i have had the holes for nearly 10,000 miles with no problems and the K&N i have had for 5000 miles. and never had any problems before.

The only thing i can think that has changed is the type of gas i have put in the last two times. Two tanks of Regular after MANY tanks of premium so that may be causeing my issues, well thats what happens when my dad decides to go get gas for me to be nice.

I'd uninstall your whole intake looking for air leaks and check your MAF to see if it's oily.

Those two codes are LONG TERM issues. Basically, the ECU has been trying to correct for the lean condition, but the maximum has been exceeded and it can't correct any further.

Ahh we have no more codes .. i ripped apart my intake setup. cleaned my throttle body sprayed lots of cleaner into the manifold. and messed around with my VAIS. got it tuned to open at around 4850 rpm a little earlier than normal .. low and behold Codes are gone when i turned her over.. havent gotten to drive her yet but we shall see if the are gone for good.

I had both of those codes too and a new MAF sensor fixed it.
