Go reset the ECU, then see if it comes back. Codes like that are usually a fluke.

When you were at the dealer, did you have the timing advanced?

not usually a fluke...i had to replace my sensors, same exact code. no apparent drivability issues but i do think i got less miles per gallon (and right after they changed too)

Possible Causes:

Harness or connectors (Intake valve timing control solenoid valve circuit is open or shorted.)
Intake valve timing control solenoid valve
Crankshaft position sensor (POS)
Camshaft position sensor (PHASE)
Accumulation of debris to the signal pick-up portion of the camshaft

I ignored the code for a little while and now my maxima sounds like crap, I'm bringing it to the dealer on tuesday... hopefully its not a big thing
