Does the fan keep running when you switch the air flow to the dash vents or windshield setting?

The system will blow a bit of air even with the fan in the off position. Might that be what you're feeling?

Yes the fan is still on no matter what i do, i press the vent and it blows it to my face, but when i press off it blows hard to my feet, its definetly the fan, it wont ajust speeds either it just stays at the highest speed.

ok well its acctually just a venting .. air is forced into the vents right above the hood. and well it vents onto your feet. turn the tempeture to cold and turn the air off.. there will be much less air comming down on your feet.

the fan isnt acctaully on (unless you can hear it, then disregard EVERYTHING im saying) its just a pouring of air onto your feet, not really a blowing. dont worry your not losing HP, or making the alternator work

You definately have a problem with your climate control. If you have AUTO climate control, I suggest you take it back to Nissan. If you have manual climate control, try replacing the resistor pack.

Pull the fuse for now -- then look into a blower motor resistor or blower motor relay, or a malfunctioning CCU (the electronic climate control unit) -- fyi, the radiator fans are supposed to come on when the A/C is switched on.

where is the fuse located for this one i cant find it?

it seems when i press the off button the fan is blowing towards my feet hard very hard, and that its sucking the air from the vent where ur windsheild wipers are.

is it ok to pull both of the "blower MTR" fuses and drive with them not there? because that seems to be the problem i pulled those fueses and it stoped blowing the air in my car! But is it ok that i pulled them out?
