Maybe it's all in my head...(about ECU update)
Alright, so I recently had my O2 sensors done under TSB at Star Nissan and with that also came the ECU update. Now, maybe it's all in my head (and it probably is) but I it looks like when I'm at WOT the car switches gears a bit more lively and sharper. It looks like the car shifts at about 100RPMs higher than it did before and I can feel a slightly firmer and quicker shift when it does it.
It's probably in my head...but I was still wondering if anybody is feeling a similar experience by an odd chance? Because I know that an ECU update doesn't really do much performance wise.

i had the same tsb done on my o2 sensors along with the ecu. i never felt a difference but when you mentioned it being in your head, this is what came to mind. when the ses light is on, you know something is wrong whether you have the code yet or not. in this case, the secondary o2 sensors have no bearing on performance as they only monitor the precats or in my case, the main cat due to o2 sensor relocation (headers). when the light is off and the problem is fixed, you feel more relieved and perhaps enjoy the car more. maybe im just babbling but this just a personal opinion.
