Anybody know at what rpm the VIAS power valve is actuated?

I rode in a DEK once and it seemed to open different in different gears (auto) 1st seemed later and second seemd eartelier, ~5200, but the FSM probably doesn't lie, I may have had pressure in my head.

the tach sometime reads a little off from what the ECU is indicating. I've seen this multiple times using my scantool to datalog runs. Shifting at 7100 rpm on the tach only registers 6900 rpm on the scantool (which reads off the ECU), meaning the tach is slightly off. In 3rd gear, i've shifted at what looks like 7400 rpm on the tach. So given its about 200-300 rpm off, most would think it opens at 5200 rpm tach reading vs. 5000 rpm ecu reading
supposedly the 3.0 VIAS opens at 5000 and the 3.5 at 3800 rpm. However these are just estimants and it would be almost impossible to find which rpm nissan chose (i.e. 5120, 52xx etc etc)
here is a dyno graph of me and max_gator, both graphs show a 5000 rpm VIAS opening
