Front headlight out

Got a 02 Max and my drivers side headlight went out. Took it to the dealership and they said $250.00 for the bulb and 50.00 to install it. I had to laugh are these xeon light bulb that much? So I told them I have an extended warranty and they said light bulbs are not included in that. So am I stuck buying it from them and putting it in myself, or is there other options, because Im open to suggetion.

Buy a pair of philips 4100k from ebay for under 90bucks, D2r bulbs. If you choose to go over 6000k for your replacements bulbs they will look pretty but you will lose a lot of output so my suggestion stick with 4100k. Dont pay them to install it, look up directions on how to install the bulb shouldnt be difficult at all.
