Brake cleaner will evaporate, so I wouldn't be too worried. Besides that, I think it's acetone-based, and I know throttle body cleaner is similar, and it is OK when fed through the engine (just don't dump it in there of course...)

brake cleaner leaves no residue, hence you spray new rotors with it and let them dry. You'll be fine either way, brake cleaner is just cheaper than seafoam.

I used soapy, warm water and a toilet brush and a long bottle brush I found at Ace Hardware. The toilet and bottle brushes worked great to clean out the runners and plenum.

Obviously, this was with the IM off the car.

stephen - i was gonna to the same thing, jsut need to go buy a toliet brush that would fit, your IM look so clean compared to mine im jealous

i like seafoam too but u cant use it for cleaning the intake manifold while its off your car, try it:
1)take your im off
2)take some seafoam put it into the runner,
3)stare at it doing nothing
