Frankencar catback and injen install *pics*

finally got some mods done on the car.. installed an injen intake and the very dope Frankencar catback system.. props to E55AMG for selling me his intake and to Steve at Frankencar Performance.. great customer service and fast shipping.. here are some pics of the exhaust installed.. i gotta say that he pipes and the muffler are made very well.. super shiney... you can see yourself in the muffler.. its definitely not ricey and looks real classy.. nice tone once you hit the 3k and above mark.. almost like a Z or a G35.. jus my opinion.. i love it!!!

^^sleeper. ahh the best way to go. lol everything looks good but the part i cant believe is that you said "Steve at Frankencar Performance.. great customer service and fast shipping". that is a first. did they improve tehri customer service cause it took a while for me to get my intake from them.

You have the same mods I have, but I chose not to put on a resonator. Still not loud enuff me for me, but definite sleeper look (for you and me!!!). Now get those headers and call it a day.

dizmax, you can take the paper wrap-around label off of the battery.

The Intake and exhaust look great!

thanks Bluesbrekr.. i should do that haha.. i installed it myself at work.. wasnt too bad.. pretty straight forward.. well steve certainly picked up the his fone fast.. he took care of everything.. it cost me 440.. Ghase.. how does it sound without the resonator? yeah.. i was thinkin bout headers.. i think it should sound nice wit headers or ypipe with the resonator still on there.. dont want it loud like my last car.. im happy with it... jus need an ECU upgrade and y pipe.. dont think ima get headers..and i should be alright.. like i stated before.. im happy..

i still got lots to do.. like window tint.. suspension.. wheels/tires.. lights.. all the lil things..

why not headers? i cant wait until i get mine and then get the 7200 rpm readline and then exhaust and i be happy.
but you do need tint. jsut doesnt look right. and plus you will have more privacy.

Go to www.vqpower.com They have some soundclips with the FC with headers. I also have it save on my computer, and maybe I can email you it, but only if my ISP lets me(stupid earthlink). I also pm you'd back, but for all who wants to know, the FC without the res really sounds great. Not as loud as I want it to be but, good enuff!!!! Doesn't sound nothing like the soundclips that people here heard. Nice and deep, real tough sounding.
