Need some quick help here guys -n- gals.........

I went to change the two accessory drive belts on my 2000 SE. First I took off the right front wheel and removed the inner fender panel. Then I took off the first belt (A/C and Alternator) in about 5 minutes.

Now, how do I get the Power Steering belt off?
I've tried loosening the tension adjuster, but it only goes so far and does nothing to loosen the belt tension. Do I need to loosed the center nut on the pumps pulley as well? I've tried that, but the pump wants to spin.

I'm almost done, but I just can't get this belt off.....HELP PLEASE!
