Turn signal not working...wiring shorted?

Does anyone have the wiring guide to an '00-'01 Maxima? My passenger side turn signal is not working anymore; I'm pretty sure that it's a short in the white wiring harness on the instrument cluster.

Maybe your flasher is bad.

The 'flasher'? What is that? The turn signals aren't working nor is the right-hand side when I use the hazards

The flasher is what makes the lights blink (flash) on and off when you use your turn signals or hazards.

I doubt if you have a short in your wiring. If anything, the circuit would be open. A short would cause a fuse to blow. You have already said that the fuses are okay.

Not sure I understand what you are saying.
Does the light blink on and off on the outside?
Does the light blink on and off on the dash (arrow)?
Do the hazard lights blink on and off on the outside?
Do the hazard lights blink on and off on the dash (arrows)?

What have you done to the car recently? Any mods or work having to do with blinkers or other lights?

Usually, when one of your outside bulbs is burnt out (can't remember if it's the front or rear), the blinker will flash twice as fast as normal. If the other one (front or rear I can't remember) is burnt out then the blinker will come on but not blink.

You can always try the bulbs that are working on the side that is not working and that may help you troubleshoot the problem.

No.

Unfortunatley, they do not. It does not 'click' either.

The lights are illuminated, but do not blink.

Only the left-hand side does.

I have been doing some work on the instrument cluster, but like this guy says...

Yeah, that's the weird thing...the lights are on, but will not blink!

I tried that, they all work on the opposite side

I just want to let everyone know that I GREATLY appreciate everyone's help here - these are what the forums are for!!!!

So, with all this said, any ideas as to what it could be? I'm stumped!!!
