Is this true or is the dealer lieing???????

I went to the dealer to get my car checked out, i complained about my steering wheel vibrating as it is in idle... well they adjusted my idle and they said is still vibrates a lil. They said the engine completly checks out, they think and i quote "It might be one of your engine mounts, they are electronically controled and 1 might be just acting up a little". Now i have never hurd of this before and if it is true then all i can say is, WOW thats amazing!.
