How to get dealers to implement TSB fixes

I haven't taken my car to Nissan for service or repair yet. My experience with VW sucked and from what I am reading on this site is that I can expect equally poor service from Nissan. My cabin rattles (though not nearly as badly as my ex-VW) and I beleive that I have the fuel cutoff problem. How do I go about getting the dealer to perform the fixes from the TSB's on my car.
