Slacking Seat Belt

I know that this happens to every car but anyone here know how to bring the "spring" back into the seatbelt retractor? I'm sick of it hanging out in a slack and sometimes it even slams on the door. Is there something I can do to make it spring back stronger?

Theres a TSB for this. I know it applies to my gen max, probably the same for you too. I know our seatbelts have a lifetime warranty, might aswell put it to use.
