Saw a sterling mist AE yesterday and now i am convinced i want the AE body kit and polished wheels. I beleive i read a post saying that there is someplace to get the AE body kit color keyed for 1065 bucks. Does anyone know how much the AE wheels are? IF they aren't too much i am interested in buying them. Thanks guys

 

I prefer the polished wheels over the non-polished, too. They look pretty much the same in the showroom, but they really stand out seeing them come down the road.

 

i agree that the AE wheels look real sharp, the only thing that they really screwed up on is the center cap. The whole cap is beige. On the 2000's only the center part of the cap is coloured, making it look like some sort of centerbolt.

I figure the wheel maker had a hard time reproducing the glossy two tone on it and had to go to all beige.

 

while we're on the wheel subject, anyone know how wide the gle/se/ae wheels are?

are they 6 or 7?

 

I know my 17 inch se wheels are 7, i think the gle/gxe/se are 6.5 inches. Can anyone confirm about the price of the AE body kit?

 

I believe South Point Nissan has the kits. Dave Burnett posted a message a few days ago about them so you might want to give him a call. The price he quoted was $1065.

A few weeks ago after my wheels were stolen from my brand-new AE by a towing company, I called the dealer and he said it is $584 US for EACH wheel. Isn't that ridiculous? The price for the SE 17" wheel is the same, since the finish is the only thing different.

 

The price of the wheel ISN'T ridicoulous! The fact that the towing company stole your wheels is ridicoulous!!!

I have seen AE wheels with rubber on sale on ebay for around 1,100 about 4-5 times in the past few months (brand new btw) Keep on checking there...
