i wanted to get a cd-mp3 player installed in my max w/ out removing the stock deck stuff...would it be possible to place it vertically in the center console and wire it to the stock deck instead?

 

First off, I know alot about car audio and what not because have done some sound off competitions.

How are you gonna wire the CD-MP3 player to the Stock Bose Head unit? The stock unit does not have an AUX inputs or even a AUX input selection on the front. You could tap in to all the wires and do a double 2 head unit wiring, but that would be a big problem if both were on at once. I know some people think it is no problem, but doing a double wiring job is retarded.

Basically there is no way to do it correctly. Not that I know, and not with the Bose head unit.
