After going to street races with sx7r I pulled up to a light. This blue civic hatchback makes a lawnmower rev at me.
I didn't even pay him any attention.
At the light like 100 feet away he puts on his hazards.
I'm like ok. You wanna race.
Lets race.
Took the turn.
30 mile punch pulled at least 5 cars on him. Slowed down for him to catch up at the light. off the line i smoke him again.
I looked over at him give him the thumbs up and all he does is rev.

hey! maybe he had lots of stickers on his car, making him think that he had more horses than he actually had(?)!

You guys can laugh all day. I visit my local 1/4 mile pretty often. There are quite a few civic hatchbacks in the houston area that would make your maxima's look silly. It is funny listening to the pushrod boys standing next to the track saying.... "I never can understand that."

Don't let all of them fool you...
I was up against a hatchback with some PUNK A** dudes driving in it. We were at a light, and I knew he was gonna floor the sucker. Light turns green, I'm hauling A** and he's RIGHT next to me the WHOLE time! Couldn't shake him off my back to save my life. Those ****** buy a 3000 car, strip out the interior, drop in a turbo, and your max is as good as toast! Usually, when the car has more adhesive than metal, you can be almost certain it's a slow P.O.S. It's those primed hatchbacks that are the total sleepers!
