Painting 2000 Black Mud Flaps
Has anyone tried painting the black mud flaps on the 2000 Maximas? I am thinking about doing this because I'm not feeling the black mudflaps anymore. I was thinking using a primer that sticks to plastic and use a Dupli-color Sterling Mist ($5).
What do you guys think?
Of course if I had the money, I'd rather just buy the AE body kit and the 2001 color mudflaps.

I have tried to paint the splash guard. And I used the Dupli-color paint. However I couldn't find sunlight-sand so I end up using some similar color. Although the color is not complete the same, I have to say the painting really improve the look. I would strongly recommand it. In addition, if you want a better look, I would suggest you to put a layer of clear coat on the paint.
