Dealer to perform TSB ?

My car is out of the 3 year 36K warranty. After reading some info on this wonderful site, I believe I have what is called the Brake Judder on my 01 SE. Is the dealer obligated to fix this problem without a charge to me? Thanks!

You may pay!!!!!!

I called the Dealer warranty center they said that some dealers will charge you for the service($85.00). I am trying to get the dealer to recognize a tranny problem i am having and it is hard for them to undrstand the problem. They checked the computers and it doesn't show any error codes.

unless you have a close relationship with the service writer or the dealership, you probably wont get very far. the tsb is just a suggestion to the dealer on how to fix certain issues, it is no way a recall. your best bet is to either have the rotors replaced and pads inspected. you could cut them but that will just them more prone to warp in the future. my rotors were first warped @ 9k miles and nissan cut them and replaced pads for free. at about 31k, they warped again and nissan replaced the rotors and kept the same pads. i have been problem since then and ive got 58k now.
