yeah...you guys in canada have a bit of a problem with the DTRL.....I don't think you can run the HIDs at half power....

You might have to do the high beams at half power then. I think I've seen a Maxima in NJ with DTRL (highbeams) dim.

I'm thinking I'll either take power from the relay so that the wires supplying power to the HID and highs are not the same source, it will look messy though with wires running around everywhere, or just disable the DTRL and if I want driving lights, I can use my parking lights.

I got my 02/03 HID replicas from Perfomance_Depot on eBay. $598+shipping and insurance. They are awesome, fit perfectly, and work great. FYI - Performance_Depot has been around for a long time, selling replacement headlights for many makes and models. You'll need the HID wiring harness from Courtesy Nissan for $35, then the lower 02/03 headlight clips from your friendly Nissan stealership for $4, and you are all set.

i did a write-up. i have never given it out bfr. since triple8 sold the lights, i will consider giving it out to him. then he can decide who gets it//

well since everyone is being generous, could someone just pm me how to remove the headlight (where the screws r), ive posted on numerous threads about taking out my hids but i dont know how, if its that big a deal i will post a pic of my car showing how i already scratched my front bumper by thinking the write up on the "sticky" was true, if anyone could help me out i would be very appreciated, or if any one is in the massachusetts area that knows something about them, i would b greatful, spring time is coming soon and i wanna get the mods going
