Go to sams the battery is like $97, and it is a great battery. I've had one for about 4 months so far and have had no problems in very cold weather...

I agree. Great battery and it is cheaper at Sams or Costco if you have one in your area.

The way I understand it is that the Optima Red Top is supposed to last 3 times longer than a regular battery, but it costs 3 times as much. But if the last two guys were saying that they got an optima for 97 bucks then go for it! I thought they were a lot more than that. They look sweet too.

I bought mine from Advance Auto Parts for $116, a regular battery cost about $65... Then right after I bought it several people on the board mentioned that they only cost $97 at costco.

Nissan2k2specV:

Optima Model 75/35 Red Top Battery. 12 volts, amp hours=44, 720 CCA at 0F. This is the one you need. Purchased mine at Costco for $95 about six months ago.
