MAF help

According to some of the members here I need a new MAF. From a 5-10mph roll I hit the pedal with no lag it goes fine. However at 20-30mph I hit the throttle and it takes almost second and a half to finally kick in and when it does it doesn't seem like it's delivering that much power. I owned a 1994 maxima before I bought my 01 SE and no matter what MPH I was driving at when I hit the pedal it accelerated with no lag it felt like that car picked up a lot quicker then my 01. I haven't followed the steps provided by DailyDriver yet but if it is a MAF issue does it have to be installed in a shop or is this a hands on venture? Is anyone willing to help me install or help me with this issue, I live in Southern California.

You can get it at www.jerryromenissan.com. When ordering use the promotional code "maxima" to get a 12% discount. It should be around $95 shipped.

Part # 22680-2Y001

You should be able to install it yourself. It takes like 5-10 minutes.
