I'm considering this after finding out about HID Theft. Hasn't been reported in STL much (not a news item).

Don't feel safe leaving my Max downtown on street for ballgame or clubbing.

Saw on TSB they now have a Nissan kit for this (customer purchase).

Anybody installed the Nissan HID anti-theft kit.????
Cost?
Easy?
Time to install.....

 

well ive heard that it only slows theives down a bit....it doesnt stop them from stealing them, it just makes them a little harder to get to...i think i may do it, but im still not sure yet...theres not too much talk of stealing headlights down here in the texas hill country, but i may move to NY, and if i do, i may do the data dot TSB

 

and im pretty sure the dealer has to install it...im not sure of the cost though
