Be careful with the PIAA Super Plasma fogs when it's cold...they might crack the foglight housing because they get so hot.

Damn, MaximaPolak is a prophet! I went out to my car this morning and just happened to look at the fogs. What do ya know, the damn lenses are cracked from the inside. They're not breaking apart, but there are definitely cracks visible. WTF?? Has this happened to everyone else who has super plasmas in cold weather??

It's happened to me also. The super plasmas look good but I would say the quality is as good as kaka doodoo kaka.

It's been in the 30's here, 20's during the night. I drive home from work late at night pretty often, so I'm sure it happened on one of those cold nights.

Damn djsoniq, that sucks about the cracked fog. I guess i'm going to wait for warmer weather before I throw in the super plasmas as well. Other than causing you to need a new foglight now, what is your opinion of the super plasmas? Do they match the HID's as well as everyone says?

I ran the super plasmas all summer, but as soon as it got cold both of my lenses cracked. The bulbs themselves don't last long either... will not replace them, looking for new fog lights as well. I will not replace the OEM units...
