Power Problem

I have an authomatic SE. If I try to put the peddle to the medel or go up hills i have no power. It may reach 5000 rpm and then finally shift hard. I can't really notice it when i am driving around town. Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone Help??

You need a MAF sensor.

i thought a bad MAF wouldnt allow the RPMs to go past 3500. If he can get it up to 5000 are you sure thas the problem?

MOVE~! Or buy a turbocharged car...

You live over a mile above sea level...any NA car is going to be majorly down on power in that thin air. I've heard stock 350Zs run 15s up there at the track?

I definetly see a diffirence in power. It seems like lf i get to a high rpm the car doesn't want to go. I can normally go up in to the mountains with plenty of power.

Mountains? Shouldn't you be driving a 4x4?
I also think its your MAF. Give that a shot and also listen to ICEY.
