Basically I have an '00 Max, been getting by on the HID-like bulbs for a while, but I've been debating upgrading to the 02-03 HIDs as it looks much better, and gives much better light output. I could never get myself to spend the money for it before, but now it seems that after my 4th set of PIAAs in 2 years has burnt out, it might not be a bad idea.
What does everyone think of these? I recall seeing some good comments about them previously, but I would like some more input if possible..

How do these compare to OEM HIDs, in terms of build quality, light output, etc. I see they use the same phillips ballast.
Is there any noticable difference between these and the OEMs in terms of construction? Any forseeable weaknesses from anyone that has them (I live in Canada and it gets cold - ie, if the plastic is weaker or something it might crack?)

It is basically the same, I don't know the output, I Got the OEM ones from Triple8sol, I think he has another set, PM him, great service and great place to deal with......
