That audi looks really nice. Love the rims!

Edit: What kind of rims are on the max? I believe their g35 rims, look familiar.

Since John doesn't really hang out on the maxima forums that much, I'll answer: Pretty sure it's an 05 A4 1.8T (though it may be an 04).

He liked his M3 better, he will tell you.

Josh - the car looks great. Your buddy has a nice Audi as well. One of my buddies here at work has an '04 S4 in Blue, that's a pretty sweet car.

Finally cleaned the car, huh Josh? Looks really nice in these pics. And yes, the rims are still beautiful.

just got back from drinking - I have an '04 A4 1.8T and after all those mods, I admit its still slow as ****. Maybe its because I used to own the E36 M3 before w/ mods but the reason for my Audi purchase was to drive in snow. Why didn't I purchase the S4? Well, I honestly didn't think it was worth $50K. I figured buying a $32K Audi w/ mods would be sufficient but heck no. Don't get me wrong, I do love the car but wish it had more "uummppph."

Josh has one of the cleanest/nicest Maxima's around. Props to ya man.

I'll answer this since I previously worked at a THULE and YAKIMA dealer, and since i've had a roof rack on every car i've owned except my Max..

These roof racks are not permanent. They attach to the vehicle via the roof line in between doors, with a set of rack foot adapers that are specially contoured to the vehicle's roofline. They can be taken off easliy, however it does mark up the finish, and most people that use the rack value the functionality of it rather than the style presented without it.

Great pics guys! And John, I will say, after attending the KC auto show this weekend, you can rest assured you still own the best looking A4 yet produced by Audi. The new A4 is a complete styling disaster in my opinion. If I could've swung an S4, I'd be a proud owner right now as well. Nonetheless, great looking Audi. The offset on the rims is perfect. And Irish, those G35C's look awesome as usual.

on the choice of wheels and the roof racks on both cars.

Other than that, they look good.

WHAT!?!?

The roofracks I'll agree with you on; they're not great looking, but they do serve a purpose.

The wheels on Irish's car are awesome, and the ones on the A4 aren't too bad.

front and rears are the same rims, just different tires. All 4 rims are 18x8 with 30mm offset. On the infiniti they are 225/45/18 up front and 245/45/18 in the back. I have 235/40/18 on all 4

Yep....I ski, mountain bike, and carry other crap on the roof, so mine stays on all the time, unless I'm going on a long road trip.....I might mention that on my previous 2 cars, they didn't leave any marks on the roof when I sold them....

The front of the new A4 looks suspiciously like my wife's Mazda 3......

The roof racks aren't for looks, donkey. They are so we don't have to put dirty skis and bikes inside the car. As to the wheels, well...we all have opinions

People who don't post any pics of their own cars should STFU about ******* what other peoples' cars look like, though......funny, if I had a "2000 Skyline" like you, I'd sure post a pic of it somewhere

No chance...

You'd get pulled over w/in 5 mins of getting on the roads here.... and no front tags and mods... that's just asking for it around here...

Have your mom purchase the GIAC or REVO flash update for her car...she will notice a night/day difference from 170hp to 210hp (roughly..)

Glad everyone enjoyed the pics...more to come w/ the Maxima/Audi combo

Sorry..this is OFF-TOPIC but check this out:
