If you have had problems with Nissan Dealers in the following states please post or email to my private messages in the org. The report of the problem needs to be in plain english, (not abbreviated, or in any type of "lingo"), include the dealer name, possibly who you worked with or at least the department, vehicle info ( yr, color, trim level), vehicle issue or TSB #, and an approx. date. My father is the Nissan Finance Director for this region and is interested in finding out which of his dealers are under-performing. Instead of trying to go through the complaint department this will circumvent the system and red-tape. Good reports would also be appreciated. Thank You

The states are: New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Texas and Mississippi. Very little of Iowa.
I will keep you up to date when we start getting posts. This will not be an "instant" fix but will also not get caught up in the red-tape b.s..

Sticky if possible, Thanks

One sticky request at a time... if you still want, PM me next Friday to remind me.

Daly City, CA
Serramonte Nissan
Larry Mickels *cough**cough**cough*sucks nuts*cough**cough*

Wouldn't do 1st TCM TSB because I'm a "racer boy." An employee overheard his conversation with the techy.

Forgot to mention. He, not the tech, said my car was lowered so they're weren't going to fix the rotors.

He said he would call me back on a few occasions, but never did.

Did I mention that he *cough**cough**cough*sucks nuts*cough**cough*?

Bankston Nissan in Lewisville, TX
Dealer I bought my car from.
Couldn't seem to find the transmission problem all 3 times I brought it in.

Melody's Nissan in Bellevue, WA
Couldn't find my tranny problem on 1st visit.
2nd visit they determined my tranny and solenoids needed to be replaced. They weren't going to do the TCM, I talked the service manager and they did.

Warped rotors. They couldn't repro. I went for a drive, showed it to them. They turned the rotors and installed new pads n shims.

Bumper TSB, no problems, poor paint job, I didn't bother to take it back for that.

I brought my car in for tranny TSB, test drove it with their Head Tech, he wouldn't even bother to change it even though he noticed the problem!!!!!!

Basically, all Nissan dealers sux in different kind of forms, Period!!!!!

Northgate Town and Country Nissan scratched my body kit and brought my car back for 3 times for an alignment..couldnt' get it to fix..blame on my FSTB??

Anyway, I hope NIssan will go bankrupt like they almost did three years ago..So Toyota can take over!!!!!
