I do that because almost 50% car on my country do that for security purpose. Than i do the same thing here for security purpose.

can you post the pics of the windshield so we can compare how big of a difference there is between 35% and 60%. thanks

Windshield glass doesn't shatter. It's not tempered glass like the side windows in the door are.
