Another dealer story

Two weeks ago I took my 01 to the dealer to do an oil change and diagnostic the "CEL". Well two hours later the guy says a 02 sensor is faulty and it would cost around 350 dls + tax. So I let him know it had happend like two months ago, that time was a P0420 code, and the dealear had fixed it under warranty, he said 02 sensors were not under warranty and I had to pay to fix it. Anyways, I told him I would have to wait until next week to get it done and he reminded me I would have to pay 80 dls again for the diagnostic. So, I requested them a detailed report, I was meaning the code(s) they got. Needles to say the invoice didn't mention codes, just the 02 sensor is bad. well next bussines day I called them to ask them to fax me the report and they only have excuses why they haven't sent me the codes, I even was questioned why I wanted that info, at this point I'm very sure that if they did diagnostic the car they trashed the report after I left. I had already call their manager but he at first seemed to be helpful but never called me back, I've left him several voice mails but no answers.
Do you think I should call nissan or just to dispute the charge with my credit card ?
I don't understand these guys, over a 80 dls dispute they already lost a frecuent customer.
Sorry for the long post....

Call Nissan w/the threat that you will dispute the charge. It may work, if not, just dispute it. CC co's are pretty understanding.

yes dealerships suck but the only reason I go to them is because mine is still under an extended warranty.
