viper 791

http://plasmacreations.com/customer...productid=33907

Is this the right viper 791 to buy and price? I'm adding the HID's maybe this wekend so I wnt just a little piece of mind. I know if a thief wants the HIDs he will take them plus the alarm too....

bad link -

make sure u get it from an authorized dealer/installer. warranty is no good if u install yourself, or if u buy online.

also, yea they may take your HID's, but why would a thief steal the alarm itself?

Im assuming he meant this link
http://plasmacreations.com/customer/...at=2261&page=2

In which case yes thats the right alarm but you will have no warranty getting it online. DEI has a lifetime warranty on all their alarm brains, so I dont know how valuable that is to you, but you might want to look into paying the extra to never have to buy another alarm.

I see your in orlando, im in gainesville...feel free to pm me about it, i install for circuit city, so if you decide to get it online i can help you out with install too.

You need a module to do that, (rolling windows, up or down)

Can someone point me out what Viper should I get.... and if warranty should be an issue... it is not for me. What should I be getting in the Viper compared to other options out there. I'm getting my car back soon.. and am ading the Stillen Kit plus the HIDS and some other stuff that will make the car stand out a little bit more.... So Help me on this...... I'm going to run a poll on two alarm systems and please give me back some feedback....

If you want two-way pager, the 791xv, if not, the 560xv. Everyone is going to say Viper on a poll, and beyond that it all depends what features you want.

I will need all the stuff necessary to make it harder for someone to steal whatever I put in the car. I know they can get to everything I own quick..but at least gave them a hard time when they do it. At leat I would like the 2way pager....$$ how much..

I have 2 alarms in my car. People look at me weird when I go to the mall and arm both alarms.
