Speaker/Amp installation

I just got two JL Audio 12inch W7's and a piece of **** sony explode amp for $150. I want to hook it up asap with the stock deck for now I don't have the money as of yet to get the deck I want. Any suggestions or things not to do? I was just going to buy a amp wiring kit and some RCA's is this all I need?

yeah wow two w7 for 150. let me know where you got them ill pay you for the info....haha but anyways, it depends on if you have a BOSE system, if you do then you need a PAC adaptor to add RCAs to the headunit. but the moderators should move this and youll get a better answer then.

i agree about the head unit but looks like he got a super deal and may not have money after that.....so id do the same thing...get the w7 and get the other stuff later. plus some dont like people to know they have a sound system, another words something they can look into your car and steal, in LA, CA it is very common so if you have a stock HU, they will most likely pass you by. just my opinion.

wow didn't expect so many replies thanks! yeah my moms fiance bought the speakers and amp for his daughter she got a new car and said to give her $150 for them. he paid somewhere around $2000 for all of the stuff he got but I only took the speakers/amp. i have a 2001 SE i don't think i have the BOSE system considering it doesn't sound like it nor do i see anything with BOSE on it.
