Hey guys... I ordered my headers on the 23rd of Feb and it is Apr. 11 and all that has happened is a sh!tload of email-tag and empty promises... So far i've been promised $50 off and overnight shipping but i'm getting the feeling that I think I deserve more... Most, if not all emails are below... Notice I dont start getting frustrated right away... but now im just pissed. So how long did it take you guys that have the HS headers to get 'em...

Seriously, it's getting ridiculous... What's going on with the headers? It is now April 11, 2005 and I ordered on Feb. 23.

undergoing some changes, and it has set them back. Although this should not
have been a big deal, we should have provided that information back to you
to set the proper expectation.

I know it is not your fault but I am now growing rather frustrated at the
fact that it has been over one month since I placed my order and the $630
hit my credit card. It has been another week since you said Hotshot was
going ship my headers out and I have yet to see a tracking number or any
correspondence from Hotshot and/or Sport Compact Only. Is there anything you
can do for me as a maxima.org member or for the fact that the headers still
have not arrived? Any new information would greatly be appreciated.

I'm interested to see what people have to say, but I can tell you that I've been trying to get a hold of John at HotShot since last Wednesday with 0/5 calls back and 0/3 responses to E-mail... For the last 6 months or so it really seems to me that HotShot is going downhill. Their new number is (626) 444-0806, but see if anyone ever answers.

I ordered my HS headers through JWT, 529 shipped- they where here within 4 days. I do know that HS has been bad/good with customer service for years. Since mid 90s when they started, they been kinda iffy. I ordered my headers from them for my SE-R back in 97 and it took bout month to get and they broke 6 months later.
