Three orders

Okay, I've decided that I'm going to buy these. Epacy and Maxima-Ness said they would also like to buy them. That's three people meaning we can go ahead and make the purchase. Anyone else want?

To Epacy and Maxima-Ness. I will let you know when to submit your payments to them. Please confirm if you are still interested.

What have we found out about the price? Also, do these attach the same way the stock grill does?

Just out of curiousity why dont you try to get better prices. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

42 bucks shipped to your door if you just place a bid. They are giving you a 2 dollar discount for 3 people, doesnt sound like a group buy. I would suggest contacting them again and seeing if they can do better, then again if the price suites you then good luck.

these attach with zip ties to the places where the clips on the stock grille used to be.

Zip ties? Don't you think that is kinda cheesy? Mine is going to have studs welded on with lock nuts. I would be worried about that coming apart and falling off... that may just be me though...

They dont look cheesy at all, the ties are the same color as the grille so they are invisble and in the time its been on my car they havent fallen off at all, from snow or ice or rain nuthin

it isn't really cheesy but would rather have the street scenes grille which attaches with clips. however, this one holds on just fine and it's not going anywhere. the zip ties for a black grille are black so you can barely see them but the ones for the silver grille are grey so you can barely make them out.

Hey Epacy, I already tried convincing. Read the following:

Hi again, Rich:

If you have over 3 people, we can run it considering the previosuly mentioned price. (Sorry, I forgot to mention that before).

As far as discounting it any further, the quoted prices are the lowest we can go. Now, if you are arranging this solely and you want (for example) 10 orders shipped to your address, then I can deduct a little more. But, if 10 people ordered and the orders were being shipped to 10 separate addresses, then the previously mentioned prices would apply.

Let me know when you are ready and I'll be happy to work with you. I'm about to leave the office for the day, but I hope to hear back from you soon.

Have a good one,
Kristina
Grille-Tech, LLC

The price remains constant even with 10 different orders to separate addresses. At this point I'm looking into different options now -- possibly a street scenes grill (called a company requesting a group deal, but they said that it wasn't possible because of profit margin). However, for those of you still interested (Epacy and Maxima-ness: get one more person and you have a GD) in the grill-tech inserts follow the instructions below emailed to me from Kristina over at grill-tech:

Payment can be arranged as follows:
Paypal e-mail address: gb@grille-tech.com
You will need to include the following information when remitting payment:

full name

shipping address

e-mail address

type of grille (Year, Make, Model) - BE SPECIFIC IN INDICATING UPPER, LOWER, OR UPPER & LOWER 02-03 MAXIMA GRILLE INSERTS

style (diamond or race)

color (silver or black)

Note that it is a Group Buy sale for Nissan Maxima's

IMPORTANT!
DEPENDING ON WHAT IS ORDERED ... PLEASE BE SURE PROPER PAYMENT AMOUNTS ARE REMITTED.

If the buyer lives within the continental U.S., they can expect to receive their orders within 1 to 3 weeks; however, we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground and a tracking number will be e-mailed to the recipient when their order is shipped.

Thank you in advance - we look forward to receiving and processing your order.

GOOD LUCK TO THOSE WHO ARE GOING WITH THESE!

Well usually a GD is for more than $5-$10 off. They really aren't doing us any favors.

Visit their website and you'll see that prices for either the lower or upper grill is $49. They are offering the grill for $39 if three people buy which = a group deal and a decent discount if you ask me.

Anyone use Trenz Billet Grille? I would like to see some photos. I'm thinking about getting one installed. Also, were there additional drilling required?

Please let me know.

Thanks.
