I purchased a STS for my 2002 Max and installed it last week. I noticed the hard shifting so after searching, I also used the white lithium grease. It did not help. I bought mine from Active Tuning and Dave was very helpful and kept in contact with me. He gave me an advice but also gave Steve from Watkins Mfg a call. Steve called me last night while I was working out and left me a voice mail. While I was walking out the door and checking my voice mail, Steve called me again(sounded like from home since kids in the background)and assessed my problem over the phone. I had one too many washer in on the piece under the hood. My shifts are as I had it prior to the STS and the grease was not needed. What impressed me the most was not only did I pay a good price for the two piece STS but most importantly the customer care from both Active Tuning and Steve the designer of the STS. From talking to Steve, he does care about our concerns for his product and our satisfaction. Ed.
