Check out this EBAY auction for 99-02 ignition coils...

I sent the guy a question and asked him what he meant by... "replacement for the old version"....implying that he made an improvement to them or something. If hes legit, we may have something here.... or maybe not!!!

Just got a respnse back from the ebay seller...

"The coils are new. They are manufactured with better components now. That is how we distinguish the "old version". Bill

Sounds like if you were to buy a new set of coils now, apparently Nissan has improved them. At least I think this is what hes trying to say. I'll have to check w/Dave B on this one. Anyone else hear anything?

I have a set of 6 used coils, one is bad, not sure which one, but i will sell all 6 $60 plus s/h

reason why i have 6 used ones is because i bought the car with one bad, got ses lite p1320, means one is bad, wasnt sure which one, but called dealer i bought car from, they sent me 6 brand new ones for free (they paid)

if they have the grey dots, which the auction states, then these are legit... unless he painted them on.
