there is a member who actually bought those and was going to give them a try to see what gains were there. i do know that most 4th gens stay away from stone mountain headers because there hardly any gains over just a y pipe. i would guess and say these headers will make as much power as the stillen headers which is not saying much. the stillen headers actually lost power in some parts of the range. i would wait for the test guy to have them fitted and dynoed before i would drop over 300 and find they do nothing.

Looking at the pictures they dont look bad, the design look ok to me, it would be cool to have a dyno slip to proove the gain.

Well, assuming fitment and weld quality is okay, you cant go wrong for that price, but.....most of the gains u will get will be from the Y-pipe assembly because the headers themselves are worthless as the individual down pipes are too short and not equal length. In short, they seem to be a carbon copy of the Stillen headers which suffer from the same basic design flaws.

If you look at Cattman's headers, they have much longer pipes than Stillen's and these just look like the same shorty crap pipes Stillen chose to use on their headers.

If I were you, I would buy the Cattman Y-pipe only and not go this 'full headers' route as I think it's just an hugely much more complex install versus the simple Y-pipe for not much more performance beyond what the Y-pipe alone will give you...

i doubt you'll get gains with those. as i've said in previous threads, they aren't designed right. the runners are too short, causing the flow to be very turbulent at the juncture. You want the smoothest flow as possible for the ehxuast gases and having equal length tubes for the header will help that lot. also, if you look at the cattman or hotshot headers, they've got that extra loop for the rear header to make the length the exhuast gases travel as equal as possible. those designs are much better and will net you power gains.

Although i have heard you should do some tuning with the afr after installing them. some guy on the org actually had a power loss after headrs because of bad afr.
