Pointers for Installing Stillen Aero Kit?
All DIY Stillen Body Kit Installers,
The Title is pretty self explanitary...If you have installed, helped a friend
install, or work at a shop that does body kit instillations. I am calling on your
experiance and knowledge to help me throught the proccess. Um somethings
that would be helpful: A list of what materials, tools, beer! I am gonna need.
Steps you took to install each piece, which to do first or last and method to
use to put each piece on. And anything else youve got to put in (your 2 Cents
long as we keep it nice.)
Thanks Robert

Front lip: You may need to shave some of the plastic inside the lip in order to make it fit properly. Try a dry-fit and continue to shave parts until the fit is to your liking. All you need do then is paint it, then secure with 3M brand double-sided heavy duty tape.
Side skirts: Use self-tappers in order to make a permanent mount on the sides. You will need to tap into the little lip that is visible when you open the door.
Rear: Take the old bumper off. Put the new one on.
Overall, though, I would suggest thorougly familiarizing a dry fit before painting and securing.

Mine is going in the shop. I have to get that inner part of the lip trimmed to fit as well. But should I have it mounted by screws or double sided tape? I wanted to go with screws so I can remove it during the winter.

front lip: fit the middle of lip first and fit the sides. It's a tight fit
sides and rears are pretty easy.
I used 3M molding tape. It's the one w/ red backing on it. I also used rivets to hold the kit in place. Used about 3 or 4 rivets on each side/end of the kit.
Good luck
